We loved the beautiful and comfortable areas like the pool and patio. The front terrace offered a stunning view of the lake, perfect for enjoying dinner, drinks, and morning coffee. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the coffee was top-notch. The staff provided towels and a basket for the pool, and everything was very clean.

The setting of hotel was great! Good restaurant in property. Spiaggia perla sebina and other tourist spots were adjacent to this hotel.

We'd definitely come back here on our next trip. The pool was a blast and the free Wi-Fi worked really well. 🌟

Loved dining on the terrace surrounded by olive trees, so relaxing! The traditional homemade dishes were fantastic, and they even had gluten-free options. The rooftop terrace and free breakfast were great too.

The staff, the location of the hotel and the restaurant were all excellent.We booked for one night but we stayed for four nights. That should indicate how much we enjoyed the hotel, the restaurant and the location.

It would have been nice of the Wi-Fi availability did not depend on having a personal laptop or phone app. Providing one or two terminals for guests would have made it more convenient.

Loved eating on the terrace surrounded by olive trees. The food was so fancy and elegant, I almost felt guilty smearing my gluten-free bread with butter. The pool was great for lounging, if you can find a spare sunbed.

I mean, who needs air conditioning in the height of summer? Clearly not this hotel, who prefer a giant ceiling fan.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of the lake and close to the ferry. The view from our room was breathtaking. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade bread and cakes that were simply amazing. The staff was also knowledgeable about the local wines, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Good location to explore Lake Iseo, nice pool, good restuarant. Convenient for train line into Brescia, and beyond

Nice enough but very dated bathroom and reception facilities, whilst drinks are available bar is not used for sitting and drinking. Train line very close to back of hotel but as the service is infrequent and not running late at night it is not an issue

An excellent stay and very enjoyable, made even better by the attentive and professional staff. They helped in lots of ways out of their normal duties and made our stay their priority. This is not often seen even in the high end hotels we have stayed in and makes it easy to recommend this hotel above them. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and was perfect for what we wanted, in this case a relaxing resting place whilst we attended the Monza f1 gp. After the race we chilled out and this hotel really made our stay memorable in all the nicest ways. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

A mosquito bite

We had an absolutely delightful stay at a charming hotel in a captivating location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even accommodated my wife's pregnancy needs by changing our room to a more convenient location. The breakfast was exceptional, and we enjoyed the breathtaking view of Lago di Iseo every time we stepped out the door. If you have a car, this place is a must-visit.

The staff was very friendly, we had a perfectly relaxing holliday.

Back rooms noisy with the train and air conditioner unit turning on and off. Service in the restaurant very slow but good food.

We had a wonderful night at the Villa Kinzika, this is a lovely family run hotel with gerat food and a very frendly and relaxing atmosphere.
